LOADING AND UNWINDING UNIT
1.The shaft less unwinding unit is equipped with a 3” + 6” mechanical chuck and hydraulic automatic loading, capable of handling a maximum bearing weight of 2000 kg.
2.The hydraulic automatic loading system improves efficiency, reduces labor demands, and provides superior strength compared to pneumatic systems.
3.It use the pneumatic powder brake to control the unwinding tension.
4.Separated unwinding section with splice table.
5. Edge web guide system, ultrasonic sensor , automatic left and right moving ensure slitting precision.
6.Automatic counter with two-step deceleration function. Not only can stop the machine when reaching the pre-set length but also can maintain stable tension before machine comes to complete stop.
1. The polyurethane wear-resistant rubber-covered roller's movement is controlled by a cylinder.
2.The aluminum rod undergoes hard anodized treatment for enhanced protection and scratch resistance.
SLITTING AND REWINDING UNIT
1.The machine comes with 8 sets circular knives. The knives needn’t take down and can be adjust at operator side, ensure the safety and conveniently of operation.
2.Dual air shaft unloading is very convenient,the normal shaft diameter is 40mm,can be customized.
3.Rewinding tension be controlled by magnetic powder clutch.
