Feeding & Cup Collection Section

Equipped with a cup collection rack that interfaces directly with upstream cup forming machines, allowing finished cups to be collected and smoothly transferred into the wrapping line for inline continuous production.

Spiral counting system automatically counts and feeds cups into the wrapping line at 120–140 pcs/min.

Wrapping Section

Supports LDPE film from 0.012mm to 0.06mm, perfectly matching your 12–15µm requirement.

Servo-driven film feeding and sealing ensure precise, consistent wrapping at speeds up to 120 pcs/min.

Ventilation & Perforation System

Two options available for air release:

Heated puncture needle – Heated pins melt through the film, creating clean holes without film debris. The melted edge around each hole provides added tear resistance, preventing further tearing during stacking and handling. Ensures consistent hole size and shape for reliable performance. A slight solidified bump remains around each hole.

Blade slitting – Sharp blades make small slits on the film for air release. The film surface remains smooth with no bumps. Simple and reliable structure with low maintenance cost.

Both options effectively release trapped air, ensuring cups nest tightly for stable stacking while maintaining protective coverage. Please select your preferred option.

Stacking & Output Section

Wrapped cups are automatically stacked and conveyed to the end of the line for packing.
