Automated Production Solution for Eco-Friendly Food Paper Containers

With the rapid growth of the global takeaway, bakery, and fast-food industries, the demand for eco-friendly food paper containers continues to increase. The customer required a fully automated production solution capable of ensuring food safety, production efficiency, and diversified packaging applications for bakery packaging, takeaway lunch boxes, hamburger boxes, paper cups, and paper bowls.

The project integrates baking packaging machines, roll paper die cutting machines, lunch box making machines, takeaway box forming machines, 3D box forming machines, hamburger box forming machines, paper cup making machines, paper bowl making machines, paper plate making machines, paper lid forming machines, and plastic lid forming machines. During production, roll paper materials are first processed by high-speed die cutting equipment for accurate cutting and creasing, ensuring stable forming precision and optimized material utilization. Different automatic forming machines then complete folding, heat sealing, shaping, and automatic collection according to various product structures.

For takeaway boxes and hamburger containers, the machines utilize servo feeding systems and multi-station hot forming technology to achieve stable high-speed production with strong sealing performance and leak resistance. The paper cup and paper bowl machines support both single and double PE coated paper materials, suitable for hot and cold beverage packaging applications. Paper plate and paper lid machines are widely used for bakery, dessert, and disposable food packaging production.

To provide a complete packaging solution, the production line can also integrate plastic lid forming machines for transparent matching lids. The entire system features high automation, fast mold changing, reduced labor cost, and stable continuous production, making it ideal for restaurant chains, coffee brands, central kitchens, airline catering suppliers, and food packaging manufacturers.
