Complete Post-Press Packaging Solution for Premium Cosmetic Boxes

As premium cosmetic brands continue to demand higher packaging quality and stronger visual identity, the customer required a complete post-press production line capable of delivering stable mass production, precise finishing accuracy, and premium surface effects. This project was mainly designed for luxury skincare boxes, perfume cartons, and high-end folding carton packaging.

The production line integrates a paper cutter, automatic film laminating machine, UV oil varnishing machine, die cutting and foil stamping machine, creasing and die cutting machine, blanking machine, hot foil stamping machine, and folder gluer. First, printed sheets are accurately trimmed by the paper cutter to ensure stable registration throughout the converting process. The automatic laminating machine applies matte film or soft-touch film to improve abrasion resistance, moisture protection, and premium visual appearance.

During the finishing stage, the UV varnishing machine provides spot UV, full gloss coating, or matte effects depending on packaging requirements. For luxury brand logos and decorative graphics, the foil stamping and die cutting process achieves stable metallic finishing with fine details and large-area stamping performance. The creasing and die cutting machine ensures accurate folding lines and clean carton edges while minimizing cracking issues.

In the final converting stage, the blanking machine improves waste removal efficiency for complex carton structures and reduces manual labor. The folder gluer then completes automatic folding and gluing operations, enabling fully integrated post-press carton production. This solution is widely suitable for cosmetic packaging, electronics packaging, luxury goods, and premium food cartons.
