The production line mainly includes a flute laminating machine, carton stapling machine, carton folder gluer, and corrugated board UV oil varnishing machine. During production, corrugated boards are first processed by the high-speed flute laminating machine to accurately bond printed top sheets with corrugated flute boards. The machine utilizes servo positioning and automatic correction systems to ensure laminating precision while reducing bubbles, misalignment, and bonding defects. This process is especially suitable for color-printed corrugated packaging and heavy-duty shipping cartons.

In the finishing stage, the corrugated board UV varnishing machine provides full coating, spot UV, or protective varnish applications according to different packaging requirements. The varnishing process improves scratch resistance, moisture protection, and visual appearance, making it ideal for home appliance cartons, food transportation packaging, and branded retail display cartons.

For final carton assembly, customers can select either automatic folder gluing or carton stapling solutions depending on box structure and strength requirements. The carton folder gluer supports high-speed folding, gluing, and compression for standard corrugated cartons while reducing labor costs. For heavy-duty packaging and large corrugated boxes, the carton stapling machine provides stronger structural stability and improved transportation durability.
