High-Speed Automatic Copy Paper Converting and Packaging Line

With the continuous growth of office automation, education, and commercial printing markets, A4, A3, and A5 copy paper products require higher production efficiency, cutting precision, and automatic packaging capability. The customer required a fully integrated high-speed copy paper converting line capable of roll slitting, sheet cutting, and automatic packaging for large-scale continuous production.

The production line mainly includes a high-speed rewind slitter/roll slitting machine, cross cutting machine/sheeter machine, and automatic A5/A4/A3 copy paper making and packaging machine. During production, jumbo paper rolls are first processed by the rewind slitting machine for accurate roll slitting and tension control. The machine utilizes automatic web guiding and servo control systems to ensure stable roll tension, smooth paper edges, and reduced paper dust or web break issues. It is suitable for processing 70-80gsm office copy paper and woodfree paper materials.

During the sheeting stage, the cross cutting machine utilizes a high-speed synchronized cutting system to achieve precise sheet length control and clean cutting quality. The machine supports fast size conversion between A3, A4, and A5 formats while integrating automatic counting and stacking functions to improve overall production efficiency.

In the final packaging stage, the automatic copy paper packaging machine completes sheet alignment, counting, wrapping, and sealing processes automatically. The machine supports high-speed heat sealing packaging and stable production of standard office paper packs such as 500 sheets per ream while reducing labor dependency and packaging errors. The entire solution features high-speed operation, stable finished product quality, reduced manual labor, and continuous production capability, making it ideal for office paper converters, stationery manufacturers, and paper processing companies.
