Converting Solution for Self-Adhesive Label Flexographic Printing

With the increasing demand for label products in food and beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and logistics industries, the market requires higher printing accuracy, die cutting precision, and high-speed slitting capability for self-adhesive labels. The customer required a complete converting solution for flexographic label printing to support stable mass production of various label applications.

The project mainly includes a label die cutting machine and label slitting machine, suitable for processing self-adhesive labels, PET labels, transparent labels, and composite label materials. During production, printed label rolls are first processed by the high-speed label die cutting machine. Equipped with a high-precision servo registration system, the machine can accurately process complex graphics, irregular shapes, and small-size labels while minimizing material waste and improving finished product consistency. The equipment supports both full-cut and half-cut applications for beverage labels, cosmetic labels, security labels, and pharmaceutical labels.

In the finishing stage, the label slitting machine utilizes automatic tension control and web guiding systems to perform high-speed slitting and rewinding operations. The machine maintains stable rewind tension and clean roll edges, reducing label lifting, material deviation, and web break problems. According to production requirements, the system can also support multi-roll rewinding and narrow roll output to improve labeling efficiency in downstream applications.
