01. USAGE:

SHH-FS Series folder gluer machine with 4/6 corner function, each set is controlled by independent servo motor, adopts electrical regulating board, imported electronic components, three plates track mode device. Aluminum plates are all chute structure, which is easy to add spare parts. The machine is especially designed for all kinds of 4/6 corner cardboard packaging boxes, which can meet to all kinds of requirements of automatic packaging area.

FEEDING 1.With vibrator ,ensure smooth and continuous feeding. 2.Touch screen for control machine working 3.Box feeding length adjustable 4.With monitor screen for checking the pre-pressing status 5.With independent servo motor control, independent speed adjustment 6.Three feed cutters with linear guide 7.With Cylinder Pressure device 8.Left and right baffles can be adjusted up and down to reduce adjustment and carton changeover time. PRE-FOLDING & BACK FOLDER The pre-fold section features a special device designed to precisely meet the requirements of the automatic carton packaging line. 1.First creasing line pre-folded to180° 2.Third creasing line pre-folded up to 90° 3. 1 & 3 crease opener	BOTTOM-LOCK& BACK FOLDER 1.Modular design method, improves the installation and conversion time of accessories 2.4&6 corner system adopts servo motor to ensure the folding accuracy of the rear hook 3.The encoder is used to track the speed , and the host’s bonus speed is synchronized with the back tick
