01. Usage
This machine mainly carries out hot stamping, embossing, die-cutting, creasing and hot die-cutting on the surface of paper and plastic sheet.
They are used for hot stamping all kinds of colored aluminum foil and embossing or die cutting different kinds of pictures, clothing ticketing, greeting cards, trade mark, books cover, note book, packaging cartons, paper boxes, paper bags, Cork pad, folders, and other high grade decoration and printing materials, etc.

The servo motor controls the pressure adjustment. The pressure can be adjusted through the touch screen keys (the left and right pressure adjustment are more flexible) and supports minor pressure adjustment. (the pressure adjustment range is ± 2mm, and the minor adjustment is based on the process effect.) The factory pressure settings is 25mm, the setting range is 23-27mm, the thickness of honeycomb plate is 18mm, and the thickness of bronzing plate is 6-7mm. Therefore, the factory settings is 25mm. 4 languages can choose. |

The automatic lubrication system adopts the intermittent oil filling mode of oil pump, and the mechanical lubricating oil can be recycled and filtered. |
The aluminum foil pressing roller is controlled by air cylinder, the pressure is uniform without slipping, and the foil running is stable. |
Fixed installation of longitudinal and transverse four groups of aluminum foil components, all of which are designed with pull back action, so as to improve the smooth movement of aluminum foil and improve the accuracy of bronzing. |

The maximum speed of the machine can reach 2500s/h after the upgrading of the paper conveying manipulator and the paper collecting manipulator.

Automatic foil stamping machine usually uses laser engraving copper plate, with a thickness of 6mm, which is directly locked on the honeycomb plate.
The manual foil stamping machine usually uses corrosion zinc plate with a thickness of 1.5-2.0mm. The surface of honeycomb plate is first installed with 4mm aluminum plate, and then the zinc plate is adhered to the surface of aluminum plate.
