LAMINATOR HOST

A.Drying Section (Drying Roller)
The drying roller diameter is 800 mm, utilizing an electromagnetic heating system with hot air assistance to ensure rapid temperature rise and
optimized energy consumption.
The roller is internally filled with a **sealed thermal fluid**, providing efficient and uniform heat distribution, creating a stable thermal foundation
for the subsequent lamination process.
Under high temperature, the adhesive is **evenly and rapidly coated onto the film surface**, preparing it for firm bonding with paper.
B.Mirror-Finish Chrome Heating Roller
With a diameter of 380 mm, this roller also employs an electromagnetic heating system, offering fast response and high thermal efficiency, suitable
for a wide range of lamination materials.
C.Precision Temperature Control System
Both the drying roller and heating roller are equipped with PID intelligent temperature control modules, enabling quick response to thermal fluctuations
and precise temperature regulation.
Temperature variation is controlled within ±1°C, ensuring thermal stability and consistent process quality during coating, drying, and lamination.
1.Main engine pressure adjustment: The hydraulic system controls the pressure, the maximum pressure can be adjusted to 20MPa, and the normal
working pressure range is 12-15Mpa.

CUTTING UNIT

1.The paper cutter is equipped with a tension controller, double sets anti roll structure, flat and non curly after thin paper laminating.
2.The paper cutting part include grinding wheel and disc knife for slitting, meeting customers' requirements for slitting films of different materials.
3.The bounce roller is controlled by an independent motor, and the paper can be separated by using the speed difference, assist to film break.
NON-STOP COLLECTOR

1.The non-stop collector height can reach 1300mm. When the stack is almost full, the delivery conveyor belt will automatically extend to accept the
paper. The collector platform will drop. After the tray is replaced, the platform will recycle and complete the non-stop collector.(Option)
2.Adopt pneumatic paper sorting structure to ensure the neatness of the paper.
