MSMG-C600M is a highly cost-effective paper cup machine independently developed by our company. The machine is equipped with a PLC control system, photoelectric sensor detection, and automatic shutdown when a fault occurs, which improves operating safety and reduces labor costs. The machine has low operating noise, high degree of automation and stable performance, and is suitable for producing 2-10oz cold/hot drink cups.

1. It adopts rotary paper suction, which is not easy to jam and has a large operating space.
2.Direct paper cup bottom punching device controlled by servo motor which is more accurate and paper-saving. Adopt stretch knife, long service life.
1.The spring-type upper cup device allows the cup sleeve to be tightly placed in the cone mold after being turned over, and ensures that the bottom of the cup sleeve is beautiful and not easy to deform.
2.Rotary bottom curling device pre-folds the end of the cup sleeve inwards to prepare for sealing with the paper cupbottom. The rotary curling makes the bottom curling more uniform,more firmly bonded and more beautiful. If the paper cup with double PE coated, we pre-install the bottom silicone oil lubrication device to make the bottom curling easier.
1.After the twice hot air gun heating and inward pre-folding, the paper cup bottom will be completely sealed well by the embossing and sealing device. The device is equipped with an automatic lubrication system, which absorbs the heat generated by the rotating friction of the knurling wheel, making the knurling run more smoothly. If produce paper cups with double PE coated, we pre-install anti-drop cups and water circulation cooling devices.But the industrial chiller needs to be purchased additionally.
2.Before the top curling ,the cup top will be dipped by the food grade silicone oil to make the curling top pressurewell-distributed to avoid the burst, which willimprove the paper cup aesthetic degree.Excess silicone oil can be recycled ，also save silicone oil costs.
1.After the oil dipping, the cup top will be curled twice. Compared with once curling, twice curling is more suitable on high speed machine which makes the cup curling more compact and better-looking.
2.The temperature is controlled by PLC, and the user can set the corresponding target temperature according to the weight of the paper, single/double PE.
1.Box structure, filling oil by spray lubrication system, reduce damage, cooling effective, machine can run fast. Due to box structure and insulate bottom&top, per year oil change 2 times (circulate use 6 months). It makes machine easy maintenance & cleaning, also save oil costs. Other factories have to change oil per month for same affect. Due to their unclosed structure, paper dust&waste will fall down to bottom easily.
2.All transmission parts are installed in the main frame under the table. Usinglongitudinal shaft. Barrel indexing cam and gear transmission. This designoptimize machine internal layout,ensure machine drive precision. So makes the each part coordination and prevent machine part collision.
The moving parts of the machine are equipped with an automatic lubrication system to reduce wear and prolong service life. The oil pipe has a flow regulating switch to adjust the flow.
